Writing for your business can be difficult and above all it can give you little satisfaction if you don't know the right techniques for structuring a text .

Because let's face it: if what you write doesn't give you satisfaction… what's the point? If what you create doesn't really reflect your style and doesn't show your message, not only will it be a useless text, but it will lower your self-esteem and this is to be avoided absolutely because you are worth too much to take certain risks!

So let's discover 4 models for structuring a text that is effective and pleasant to read, and which obviously fulfills its purpose of promoting your business .

The inverted pyramid

This is the most classic style of all, because it derives from journalism and the need to provide data, information, advice .

The structure of the inverted pyramid is this

Basically, when you choose this style, you immediately give the most important information and then go into detail and finally provide forms of in-depth analysis.

They are texts from which something must be taken away in the shortest possible time.

The structure of the 5 boxes

This structure closely resembles that of ancient rhetoric which was made up of:

The scheme is practically identical, with very few variations

Hourglass text

To structure a text, this is my favorite method!

Not all contents are argumentative, many are more narrative , " soft ", engaging , and here comes the hourglass text that comes to our aid, which starts from a fact (or from the presentation of a need expressed by your customers), takes hand the reader and, through a transitional sentence (eg: "For example, I want to tell you what Enrico wrote to me via email on this topic...") accompanies him to immerse himself in an engaging story that supports the thesis presented .

The diamond structure

Even this type of text is highly engaging and made for the reader to get lost in the path of the narrative .

Here we start by immediately giving the most important information and then gradually expand it , enriching it with details and anecdotes, then drawing up the threads of the speech in the conclusion, taking up the thesis and reiterating it.
